My question is regarding ghusl and wudhu.
If I have sex with my wife but I do not ejaculate, is it compulsory for me to perform ghusl janabat?

Secondly, if I have performed wudhu and I cut myself whilst shaving and some blood comes out but when it is washed off it stops bleeding, is it necessary to perform wudhu again?

Ghusl becomes compulsory once penetration takes place.
