My question is that when sperm get sticked to the cloth it is very hard to remove that sperm. I have washed my cloth several times but that sperm is not getting away. So, what should I do now. Is that cloth paak or najis?

I do not think that your sperm is super glue. You can wash it with hot water, and it will get away. If what is left is just a color, it is OK.
