My question is that:

1) I normally pray zuhur prayer at 12:45 but I don’t go to Friday prayer so can I pray zuhur pray on Friday at the same time or should wait for Friday prayer to be over
2) Is Friday prayer obligatory

1) Dhuhr prayer commences at the time of zawal and adhan is done. If you are not praying congregational Friday prayers then you can pray immediately once adhan is complete.

2) Friday prayer is not obligatory
