My questions are:
1. I bought a Gold bullion about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to give khums on it. Can you please guide me regarding the amount I have to pay according to the weight?
2. Can you please provide me with a wakeel of agha Sistani for the khums in U.A.E.?

1- There are two solutions to the problem:
The first – to look at the number of gold bars in your possession, and if it is divisible by 5, you divide it, and pay the bars as a fifth.
Example: If you have 30 bars, five of them are 6 bars.
The second – to look at its current value, sell for its amount, and take out one-fifth of the sale value.
Or to take out the fifth from other money, if you do not want to sell anything from it, but in this case you must pay 25%, and not 20%, if the money from which you will pay the fifth is money of which khums is not been paid.
2- You can visit Sheikh Ghadeer at the Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib Mosque in Dubai.
