My (removed) is a (removed) year old poet, she writes poems about Imam Hussain (as) and the Ahlul Bayt (as). To complete her service of the Ahlul Bayt (as), she had to contact a male-reciter who will recite her poems. They’re only talking about the poems and nothing else.

Problem is, her family doesn’t know that she’s talking to him, and they will most likely disapprove, especially her father. She’s planning to tell him (her father) but after the recitation of the poem is done. She’s scared of her parents’s reaction, especially that her parents might stop her from talking to the reciter, thus leaving the service of the Ahlul Bayt (as).

Is it allowed for my (removed) to talk to the guy in this case?

No she is not allowed. The service of Ahlulbait is not just limited to talking to one male recitor.
