1- Tafweedh is that the servant does not see an ability or power in himself, does not find that he has a disposition in anything, and sees that Almighty is the one who is in charge of all matters. As for Tawakkul, it is to make Allah, Glory be to Him, take its place in acting and seeking goodness and righteousness.

2- Tafweedh (Delegation) is broader than Tawakkul (Trust), which is only a division of Tafweedh, because trust is in interests only, while delegation is in all matters.
