Recently, a brother in faith did this. I wanted to know if he did the correct thing and if this is allowed in Islam :
The brother recently opened a new catering business. However, in order to get good cooks for his business , he told 2 cooks who were currently working in other restaurants , that he would pay them a higher salary if they worked for him. In this way, he got them to leave those restaurants and work for him. Is this allowed?
