Recently, I was asked a question and didn’t know how to answer it from our sunni brothers/sisters. The Quran we have today the isnad contains personalities that don’t agree with the wilyat of imam Ali. So how do we shia deem this Quran to be reliable and take from it?

It is the Qur'an that was accepted by Ahlul Bait (PBUT), and this is enough.
If there was any doubt about it, they should have informed their followers, and the same would reached us.
