Should i have paid khums on it for every year i didnt use it during? For example, I bought camping gear 8 years ago and paid khums on it when i first got it, but ive only gone camping during 3 different years since i first got it.
Also, i have tools that I need for work on my family’s farm and on cars. Do I pay khums on each individual tool that I didn’t use during each year even though I paid khums on them when I first got them?
