Did the prophet saws or the ahlulbayt say something about the bakhoor like you can buy to fragrence the house? Are there any sayings like i heared but did not find it that the nice smell of the bakhoor will chase away jinn shayateen

We can not consider it shirk. It is a believe that this thing has certain effect, but it has got nothing to shareea'a.
With regard to using the oud or bakhour as fragrance, it is halal, and it comes under the narrations talking about the recommendation of using the fragrances in general.
