Sometimes my tongue starts bleeding. Am I allowed to swallow that blood or not? If not, what should I do if it continues bleeding for a long time, or if I’m in a place I cannot spit saliva out (in an exam at uni for exemple)?

You must spit it out, and if it is difficult then you can try to keep a tissue and spit into that
