There is a Hadith going around where it likens selling the soil of Karbala is like selling the flesh of imsm Hussain(as) I believe the Hadith is in the book kamal ziyarat(I’m not sure on the page number of it) I was wondering what the authenticity of this Hadith is ?

Does this mean we’re not allowed to purchase or sell turbah ?
