Today I got my period and didn’t even know. So I fasted but didn’t know if I was on my period or not. I don’t know if I got it after iftar or before. Do I have to make this day up or count it as a fast?

If you don't have certainty on whether you had your periods before iftar then the fast of that day is valid and you don't have to give qadha
