We have an Alam room in our house the alams are kept in a glass cabinet we also have other pictures of the shrine of imam hussain and hazrat Abbas too we have one family picture where we had gone for Ziyarat too this picture is hung opposite the glass cabinet but above the height of the alams my mother in law thinks we shouldn’t keep the picture above the alams as she doesn’t feel appropriate. My question is does having the picture above the alams cause any disrespect ? Would this by any chance be a cause of problems arising in the family? I personally don’t think but just want to ask if I am wrong?
