What are the rules / obligation if one wants to remarry the old spouse whose divorce has been executed 6 months ago.

We were married in early 2018 and due to huge misleading information, divorce was executed in mid 2018. The marriage was not consumated and we both are virgin.

Please advise if remarriage is possible or not. If yes, please guide us.

Was it a valid divorce with all the conditions needed? Was it taken place in front of two Aadil witnesses or it was under any civil court
