What is the difference between culpable and inculpable ignorance? Is one considered culpable ignorant if he thought what he was doing was correct and he was maybe capable of aquering the knowledge but he didn’t know where or how?

The inculpable ignorant who is not held accountable for his ignorance is the one who could not bear that what he did was wrong, because it was a current custom, for example, or that he asked someone he trusted and told him that it was permissible. As for the culpable ignorant is the one who assumes that what he is doing or wants to do is forbidden, or he does not know that it is permissible or not, and he does the act without asking, then this is ignorant and negligent, and he is held accountable for his action.
