What is the ruling for using gloves that are made of real leather from the sheepskin? I don't think they are from skin that is slaughtered according to Islamic law

If you are sure that the leather is made from an animal which has not been slaughtered according to Islamic law, then it is najis however if there is a possibility that it was slaughtered according to Islamic law then you can consider the leather to be paak
