What is the ruling on "vaginal discharge" ?

Is it considered Najis? If the dress get wet/moist due to vaginal discharge,should the woman have to clean the cloth for Salat? If vaginal discharge happen throughout the day, should the woman have to do wudu every time? Meaning does it break the wudu? What if it happen during the time of salat, will the salat be valid?

If the discharge is due to sexual irritability, it is impure, and imposes ghusl janaba, otherwise it is pure, and it needs nothing.
