When a man marries a woman who already has daughter or son, is the step father responsible for the maintenance of the child and is this his responsibility or is the responsibility still on the biological father of the child?
The responsibility is on the biological father. If he went into the marriage having made an agreement with his wife that he will take care, then he must abide by that agreement.
