When children are born they get gifts in terms of cash. Can the parents use that money on the childs expense or in paying rent or other household issues? Also does the child need to be told when he matures? What if he demands the payment?
No need how ever if the guardian uses it for the benefit of the child then he should repay extra as a gift which will be considered a financial benefit for the child
