When is the Awal-waqt for Asr and Isha? Is the Awal-waqt and Waqt-Fadheela the same for both of them?

According to Ayatollah Sistani, for Asr is about 1.5hours after Duhr (for countries in Middle East) and for Isha its 45min after maghrib

But praying Duhr and asr together and maghrib and isha together is fine as well
