Why Namaz is compulsory. When I can achieve everything by law of attraction and visualisation then why should we pray Namaz and recite long supplications . Why to confess and cry before God when science says to remain happy and positive. Clear my doubts please

Science has limitation. Namaz is a means of connecting with the absolute unlimited, The Creator of all including the scientist as well was the absolute sustainer. Namaz responds to at least 3 natural needs

1. It provides us with peace and tranquility
2. It relieves us of our challenges in life
3. It’s a means of talking to Allah when we are overwhelmed with issues in Allah.
