1) I have purchased a piece of land with money on which Khums has been paid. After the end of the year, i have not sold the land but the value of land has increased. Do I have to pay khums on the increased value of Land or pay khums only when i actually sell the Land. 2) I have purchased a shop on which Khums has been paid and I have rented it out. After the end of the year, i have not sold the shop. I add the rent money to my income and pay Khums on it. The total value of the shop has increased. Do I have to pay khums on the increased value of shop or pay khums only when i actually sell the shop.
