if i am doing the amaal of ziyarat e ashura for 40 days for fulfillment of hajaat,and i got menses in between,could i begin reciting after menses are done?or will that break the cycle of recitation for 40 days.

It will not break the cycle because it is a natural thing which is not in your hand you may resume after the menses and complete the number.

I was reciting ziyarat e ashura to recite for 40 days but in between today i have gotten my menses.what do i do?do i still recite during periods,but what about the sajda part?how do i do that withouti wudu. or wait till menses are over and then continue reciting.

You can recite and do sajda.

It happened that one of our office colleague had last day in our office. So we went to a mall to have Ice cream. I thought that there would be pack ice cream as well and I'll take those. However the store in that mall we went didn't had any packed ice cream. The guy had gloves in his hand and scooped the ice cream from big utensil and put it in small paper cup. In front of every body I had to eat that although I don't wanted to. Have I sinned? Was that Ice cream with the guy having gloves allowed? What do I do now?
