Salamun Alaykum, I am an Engineer who is required to go on Ships for Repair and Installations. I used to travel within UAE and outside. But travelling depends on jobs I get and is not to sure that I will travel for sure... so whats the ruling for me?? please let me know. was salam

ws if u r traveling more than 10 days in a month , then u will be Kaseerussafar man and have to recite complete Namaz . Otherwise u have to recite Qasr .

ws Yes , if not fix , then u r not Kaseerussafar man and u have to practice yourself like a MUSAFIR .

what is the rule regarding khums on the loan amount given to some needy brother in faith?

when they the returned the money after Khumas Date , then first khums will be paid after that this money will be used .

1. I am about to take a heavy Student loan of 10 lacs within 2 years, so I am saving my money for it. Do I need to pay khums on that?

I do not have much assets, in future I will be working in my spare time to pay the loan.

2. For clothes, what is obligatory to to be done? Like I have a purchased a cloth and wore it for once just to see the fittings. What is the rule here?

1- There is no Khums on laon. It is not saving it is your debt.
2- Khums is wajib on saving not on expenditures.
It there is any unused stuff or gift or any saving then you have to pay khums on it.

A boy has been engaged n v hv also recited their seegah fr a period lasting fr 2 years. Now during this period does the boy have to give any funds/money fr spending or for daily needs to the girl. And how much right does the boy have over the girl. for example can he ask her not to go to a gathering, press her to study, ........ What is the boundary of the rights of the boy. JazakAllah.

salamun alaykum. inshallah i wl b gng fr Umrah end of Rajab. so i wl b performing my Umrah in Rajab. bt i wl also b in Makkah during 1st week of Shaban. so is it wajib to do second umrah in mahe shaban or can v do umrah on behalf of Ahle bayt a.s. or out family etc.

WS can do umrah for others.

Secondly if I am at my homeland when namaz time came after that One start the travel and reaches a place where namaz becomes qasr before Qaza time. whether I will have to recite qasr prayer after reaching there or full prayer. was Salam

First question is apart from my watan what are the other places where namaz is not qasr.. Salam. If I intended to stay at particular place for less than 10 days but on 9th day I realised that I will have to stay for another 9 days. So my namaz would be qasr for another 9 days or I will have to recite whole namaz.

ws then namaz will be recited completely.
