Question:There is a person I know, he is Shia, follows the everything just the way we do including wilaayah, believing in 12 imams, practicing Muharram and etc. There is no difference whatsoever just apart from the fact that they dont do “Taqleed” of a particular marj’ah.
Their community does have a leader however, who is a direct descendant of Imam Jaffar as Sadiq (a.s), who guides them just the way a marj’ah guides us. The way we call ourselves Ithnaasheri their title is Mashayakhi. Its nothing like the Ismaeelis or Bohras. The only difference is they dont do taqleed.
However I read from the app iSistani regarding taqleed of a mujtahed. It said that Taqleed means to follow and Mujtahed is a knowledgeable leader that a community or person can follow and ask advice from regarding Islam and its practices.
What are your views on this? Is it right? And would it be permissible to marry in this community? And after marriage what should be the conditions for the children? As the child gets the title of his Father.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Since they are Muslims, there is no problem in getting married with them, and children should be raised according to Islam.
That is all.
Question:Can you please share some techniques to pray on time and to avoid procrastination?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: You have to fight yourself.
Question:I am a father and my son's age is only 6 months. Right after becoming father I use to be concern on the matter of the liability of the parents. Because I must be liable to Allah on the day of judgment about the mistakes/sins of my child. I will be questioned did I properly guide my children in duniya? So what Islam says about this? Even if I teach my child all the basics of islam, akhlaq, etc. will I be liable of the sins/faults of my child?

Ayatollah:Khamenei

Answer: If you did your job, teaching them the good deeds, and set an example for them, then you are not responsible for what they do.
Question:In the light of the Hadith from one of the imams (as) that goes something like “He is not from our Shias who does not read atleast 50 verses of the Quran per day”. I wanted to know if this talks about 50 separate apart from the regular surahs that are recited each day eg sure Yasin, sure Waqia, etc. Ofcourse, the aim should be reading maximum Quran ayats but I just wanted to have this clarified.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: It is about reading 50 verses, as you want.
It is not necessary to be from one surah.
Question:Why we offering zuhur & asar salat jointly although at Karbala Imam offered salat separately although they're in war.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: You have the choice to either pray them together or separate them, and separation is better. It became habit to pray two prayers together, as it is more convenient, and it is not something wrong.
Question:Can I gift Quran by reciting to Shahida ne Karbala?

Question:Please is it allowed to name your son Yasin if yes why and if no why?
