Question:What is the different benefits between dua na'adi kabeer and sagheer. I see one is shorter and one is longer. Can we recite either one for our wish?

Answer: You can recite either one of them.
There is no narration about this, to say one of them is better or more effective
Question:As we are listening to an azan during zohor praying time (example) at the mosque, what is the ruling? Can we talk or answer someone's greeting or just listen and answer the azan and ignore the rest while azan is going on?

Ayatollah:N/A

Answer: It is makrooh (not recommended) that you talk during Azan. However, answering the salam is wajib.
Question:1- If we were travelling, after maghrib prayer can we wait until isha time to perform qasr isha? Or during jamat and qasr we need to perform maghrib and isha together without delaying the time in between maghrib and isha?
2-During zohor and asar time we want to perform jamat and qasr. If let say after zohor we go to eat and wait the time of asar we perform qasr asar. Can we do like that or after zohor we need to continue to perform qasr asar?

Answer: It is up to you. However, praying maghrib with jama'ah, and waiting for isha is better
Question:Is it permissible to wear ring on pinky finger or ring finger on both hands?I read that is recommended to wear ring in one hand (left) if less than 4 ring is it correct?
Is it wrong or recommended to wear like that?

Answer: The recommendation is satisfied by wearing one ring in the right hand, in either pinky or victory fingers.
Wearing four rings, two in each hand is beyond the recommendation, and it is up to you.
Question:1-During this period where around the world are under attack of Corona virus, can you recommend suitable dua for protection?
2- I have a turbah from karbala. Can I scratch it out a bit size less than half of grain and eat it as khak e shifa? Because i have read somewhere, some say cannot eat. But I am not clear by what he meant by EAT.

Answer: 1- You can recite this dua: (اِلـهي عَظُمَ الْبَلاءُ، وَبَرِحَ الْخَفاءُ، وَانْكَشَفَ الْغِطاءُ، وَانْقَطَعَ الرَّجاءُ، وَضاقَتِ الاَرْضُ، وَمُنِعَتِ السَّماءُ، واَنْتَ الْمُسْتَعانُ، وَاِلَيْكَ الْمُشْتَكى، وَعَلَيْكَ الْمُعَوَّلُ فِي الشِدَّةِ والرَّخاءِ، اَللّـهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد، اُولِي الاَمْرِ الَّذينَ فَرَضْتَ عَلَيْنا طاعَتَهُمْ، وَعَرَّفْتَنا بِذلِكَ مَنْزِلَتَهُمْ، فَفَرِّجْ عَنا بِحَقِّهِمْ فَرَجاً عاجِلاً قَريباً كَلَمْحِ الْبَصَرِ اَوْ هُوَ اَقْرَبُ،)

Question:1) During controlling virus covid19 , is there the verse ‘as-salatu fi buyutikum’  valid. Because i never know about this?

2) In my country all mosque been shutdown for 5 daily pray. Due to this reason only azan is allowed. Is it correct way because i see the mosque they shutdown without any option and straight away shutdown but for industry and some other place they come out with reason they still can operate. I dont understand what is going on.

Answer: 1- It is mentioned in a narration in Bukhari and Muslim books, but not in our books.

2- Probably, because in industry, normally the people are not so close to each other, like in prayers.
Question:If we want for prevention from disease or we don't know whether we carry any disease, is it permissible for us to take khak e shifa every 40days?


Ayatollah:N/A

Answer: No.
According to narrations, it is for cure, not for prevention.
Question:1- In sunni school of thought, they practice whatever their Imam mentions and we cannot change the ruling as per other imam. Is it that we have to follow Rasulullah not the Imam?
2- Is it applied to ahlul bayt as well right? May I know the reason with this situation? Why we cannot follow other Imam thought even though the logic is there? And it is in line with Quran but maybe the hadith narrated do not fit the criteria set by the Imam to accept the hadith.

For sunni school of thought, example Imam Shafei-wudhu is void after a husband touch his wife, Imam Hanafi- wudhu is not void if a husband by touch his wife. I am not sure the TOUCH actually mean what but people around me practice is about the contact of skin to skin.

On the other hand, in the Ahlul bayt school we have Ayatollah. From what I understand we need to follow the most learned Ayotallah in our time. But it come to my understanding that there are a few Ayotallah and who follow Ayotallah Sistani ruling for example cannot change the ruling in certain condition to follow other Ayotallah opinion. Why I am asking because I am living far away from any Ayotallah direct communication. What I have Ayotallah Sistani is the most learned during this time and we have to follow him. To me I am not sure I follow who because I switch to follow the Ahlul Bayt path after reading and listening to lecture from among the famous scholars.

Answer: 1- When you follow the Imam, you are following Rasulullah actually.
2- Yes, they are interpreting touch as touching by by any part of body, even shaking hands. Hence, they are considering it spoiling wudhu. The names you mentioned are lecturers. They are not Ayatullah to be followed. You can take the rulings of your reference of taqleed from them, if they are aware of these rulings.
Most of the people are living far away from S. Sistani, or any other Ayats, but they can get their opinions through their representatives, as you are doing now.
Question:The zakat that we give to zakat collector in our country, is there any portion dedicated to give to non muslim as a charity for them when either there is a calamity or not? As i know it is for the needy or poor muslim.

Answer: In presence of Muslim needy people, it cannot be paid to non Muslims.
Question:1) Example : I have been to a learning program before and the program end the tutor mentioned about sharing the content of the learning about the info or by video recording are not allowed. Training are for those who paid only. My question is, if i share the content through those mentioned way, is it wrong?
2) Due to this coronavirus issue I have seen some place still performing congregation sqlat at masjid but they form the saf according to safe distance recommended that is 1meter gap between each other. is it allowed in this situation?

Answer: 1- According to S. Sistani, you should not do it. If you were the first provider, and you put the condition. Do you accept that the trainees distribute it in this manner?
2- No. This is not considered congregation.
Each one must recite Fatiha and another sura.
