Concentrate on reciting surat Al-Baqara
Question:There's one company having an office here (where I live) who offers annual interest rates as returns if we invest in their company. They are into funding building developers for making properties, investing in land, commission from 3rd party properties they sell, earnings from their own properties all over the world. Is this interest income halal? Note : the interest rate earnings are fixed and principal will be paid by them on Maturity of the investment term

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Yes. It is halal, if they are non-Muslims.
However, my advice is to keep away from such companies, as usually you will eventually loose your money
Question:May I know what's requirement of Dikhr? Is it sufficient to recite a dhikr in the heart not necessarily reciting it in whisper or aloud?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: There is a heart Thikr and a tongue Thikr. The heart Thikr is the observation of Allah almighty in all cases, while the tongue Thikr is the movement of the tongue with a certain Thikr. The benefit of a tongue Thikr depends on moving the tongue and lips with it, and the best of it is لا إله إلا الله, because it is a hidden Thikr, because it is not noticable.
Question:I have two questions:

1) How long is awal waqt of Salaah?

2) I wish to pray zuhr and Asr separately, as well as, maghrib and isha separately. This so that I can spend more time in Taqibat of each salaah as praying both together with their taqibat takes much of my time and it can create hurdle to my other schedule. Although at the same time i wish to pray at awal waqt. I was wondering if we can hence pray asr and isha an hour and half later and would still be considered awal waqt of Asr and isha prayer?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: 1- From the start time, the time you need to accomplish your prayer.
2- No problem.

Question:All my life since I have grown up I have heard no matter what you cannot miss your wajib namaz. Even if you’re sick you can sit and offer your prayers or even while lying down but missing it is not an option unless you are unconscious. But then I see people offering qaza namaz for the dead person. I’m unable to understand this concept. It’s contradicting and means you intentionally don’t pray all your life and your kids or someone else will pay for your qaza namaz and fasts and Allah will accept. Then this statement that you can’t miss your namaz is asked on which context when it can be offered by someone else when you’re dead. It makes me think I should also not do it as I’ll ask someone else to do it for me after I’m dead.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: If you intentionally left your prayers or fasts, then, your oldest son is not responsible to make qaza.
He is only responsible, if you missed prayers due to ignorance, such as you did not pray while you were sick, thinking that you have an excuse, or if your prayers were void, because your wudou was void...etc.
Some people do not perform wudou correctly, and they realize this after years, then they start to perform qaza, but they die before completing it.
