Question:Wanted to check what obligations I have toward my siblings. Is it sinful not to help my siblings.

Answer: Treat them as you like them to treat you, mainly when you are in need.
Question:As a general rule of needing to pay 20% of our savings or money, what is the ruling if we live with our parents and they are having a house laon which they are paying and still owing money for. Would we be able to pay that 20% towards the house loan?


Ayatollah:Khamenei

Answer: If your parents are owning the house, and paying the instalments, and the annual savings of each of them is lower than his portion of loan, then they do not have to pay khoms.
For you, you are not exempted.
Question:As a student, if i want to give khums I'm not earning but my brothers look after my expenses. Also I have my savings which i don't use totally so what should I do?

Answer: You do not have to pay khoms, except for the savings which complete 1 year with you.
Example: If you received an amount on 1st of Jan 2020, you need to pay its khoms on 1st of Jan 2021.
then, If you received an amount on 1st of Feb 2020, you need to pay its khoms on 1st of Feb 2021.
Question:What is the criteria that when we remove small skin particles from finger and that small particles behind the nails, on back of hand and fingers, Is it najis or tahir. Whts the criteria to rule it has soul or not?

Answer: If it's dried dead pieces, then it is taher.
Question:Can we consider leather products made in Italy as tahir or najis. I but a shoes and a sandal of leather from UAE... Which is made of leather and its written... Made in italy... Can i cinsider it tahir

Answer: As Italy imports a lot of leather from Islamic countries, you can consider it taher
Question:My concern is regarding marriage with a hindu girl. She is ready to marry a muslim boy but due to the objection of her parents she is not possible to change her name but no objection in the belief. What is the law of islam to marry here. is it a big sin.

Answer: Changing the name is not a must. The important thing is that she convert to Islam.
Without that, he can not marry her.
Question:Can shia woman marry a salafi guy?

Answer: If he is against Ahlul Bayt PBUT, then no.
Question:This question is regarding zakat fitrah which is paid on the eve of Eid fitrah. I am a young adult and i still live with my parents and family and considering my parents take care of all the houses expense like rent and bills. will I be responsible for paying zakat fitrah for myself or will my parents do this.

Answer: It is the responsibility of your father.
Question:I want to offer Namaz e bibi Fatima (sa) for 40 days but as Ayyam e haiz come in between what should I do? Should I continue after the days are over? Will it be acceptable?

Answer: Yes. Just continue.
Question:What is ilm-e-Manaya and ilm-e-balaya

Answer: Manaya is how someone will die, while Balaya is what problems and difficulties he will face.
