Can you kindly verify if it's actually a saying of imam jaffar sadiq(as) or not?
The incident follows like:
Once there was a man who did Tohmat of our Sixth Imam Sadiq (a.s.). Imam Sadiq (a.s.) did no know about it until a few days later when one of his 'friends' came to him and said, "Oh Imam, I have heard terrible news. This person has been going around and saying this about you."
Imam Sadiq (a.s.) became angry at his 'friend'. He said, "Think of the person who did Tohmat towards me as if he shot an arrow at my body. I did not hear him so it is as if the arrow missed me; But by telling me this news, you have picked up the arrow from the ground and have hit me with it."
Non religiously it is also mentioned like:
“I heard this man say things about you behind your back.”
“He shot an arrow and it missed me, why have you picked it up to stab me with it?"
----
So can you kindly verify if this incident happened with imam jaffar saqiq(as)? If this saying is accurate and associated with imam? If yes kindly provide sources to back it up. I'd appreciate that.

I can’t verify it but such moral stories are there and it dies not conflict with the concept of naneema in the quran when some one passes Ill talk of a person to him abd causes damage to relations thus such concept is seriously condemned so the story corresponds the quranic concept.

I live in Florida but travel weekly to Michigan where my wife lives. During Ramadan, is it permissible for me to travel before Dhuhr from FL to MI and return same day with voiding my fast?
If u leave your home town after zohr u complete your fast.
If you leave your hometown before zohr you break your fast in the trip.
It is not forbidden on a fasting person to travel however the question that pops up is when does my fast break if I travel, this the criteria is Zohr.
Understood the concept of breaking the fast when traveling before Dhuhr. However, as mentioned I work/live in Florida but my family is still living in Michigan. I have been traveling weekly for the weekend to Michigan for over a year’s time span. Since this is ongoing weekly travel to a city where my wife lives/works permanently & has residence, can I not complete my fast? My intention is to just travel for the day, leave in the morning arriving Michigan before Dhuhr and return to Florida in the evening arriving just after Maghreb
It is problematic unless you are considered a frequent traveler who travels frequently for a minimum of 10 days each month for continuous 6 months in one year. If that applies then for sure u have to fast in all your trips
