Do a lot of Astagfar and think of improper action done by yourself, if any and think if Allah does not excuse you then what will happen. So to get Allah's pardon for your self pardon others.

Question:Is it obligatory upon me to give khums? I am a student, I have some savings. On the other hand I'm earning income through giving tutions so should I pay khums?

Answer:

Khums is on saving at the end of the year so if anything is left on your khums date, you have to give 20% otherwise no. Example if you pay your educational expenses even a day before your khums date and nothing is left as saving no khums.

Question:If I have received any gift I haven't used it throughout the whole year then I have to pay khums on it?

Answer:

Yes you need to pay khums if it's not used.

Question:I studied the forex market nature for 3 year and I made a break through through consistency. I have a well developed trading plan with high probability trades and a proper risk management which includes 1%-0% risk. I have a islamic account which doesn’t have swap (interest) i have a 1:30 leverage.

There is this debate about the forex trading wether its halal or haram.
To me it doesn’t feel like that because I studied hard for it. For 3 years. I would like to know your opinion about it

Answer:

Forex trade in itself is halal. Only trading in gold and silver is prohibited in the way forex is being done.

Question:Is shorting a currency also permissible? So when I buy eur/usd which is euro against dollar. When I short that pair then I buy usd against dollar. Is that permissible?

Yes please.

Question:I’ve got an issue with regarding to my prayer. As we know, prayer should be in a moderate speed, not rushing however when I’m working, I find it difficult to pray at that speed and I have to shorten my prayer. But the problem is, HOW do I shorten my prayer but at the same time be accepted in front of Allah(S.W.T). Can you please tell another alternative of prayer that I can quickly fit in during my working hours?

Answer:

Just rely on wajibat of namaz in such situations.

Answer:

As Allah s.w.t. has based the system on freewill so he is giving chance to good people to be good by their own free will and bad people with their own free will. Although Allah s.w.t. helps a lot but the system of free will has its own effects, which for some appear to be good and for others bad.

Question:Does believing the Prophet had other daughters make Fatima have less virtues?

Answer:

Although her infallibility and virtues doesn't become less but facts are to be known that she was the only daughter of Holy Prophet s.a.w.w

Question:I have a certain amount on which I have already given khums last year. I still have that savings with me so is khums applicable on it or not?
For example ; I have 50000RS from which 10000 is from last year and I have already given a khums on it. So for now how much I will consider for khums?

Answer:

No khums shall be on new savings or if the amount of last year becomes zero during the year and then you again get profit which is now actually an earning of this year, then khums shall be wajib this year.

Question:Recently I came across someone who told me that when there is a print on the Sajdagah/ Turbah, for example the name of an Imam or Bibi you cannot so sajdah on that particular part and you should flip the sajdagah and do sajdah on the plain part. Is this true? And if it is true then what if its a print of the name of Allah ?

Answer:

It's allowed if the name does not distract ones attraction and doesnt stop proper sajdah then its allowed.
