Question:Can a father write his will to whomsoever of his property other than his son/sons stating that it is his own will and property and he would give to anybody he wishes. Is this authority given by Shari'ah ?

Ayatollah:N/A

Answer: Everyone has his right on his property but after death he can write will on his 1/3 estate. For rest 2/3 he can if inheritors agree on his will otherwise no.
Question:Is intraday options are halal aswell? Meaning buying particular shares and selling them on the same day when the price of the shares are higher?


Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Investment in stocks as mentioned is halal.
If this option is cleared same day and the buyer has the option to pay and keep the shares also if he wants, then it is allowed.
Question:Sometimes in salat, my mind gets distracted and so I say part of the prayer without concentration. Is it allowed for me to repeat the Salat in order to try praying again with full concentration? Or do we only get that one chance for each prayer?

Answer: Although you can repeat but then it will lead you to a lot of confusion so better try in first chance only as much you can concentrate
Question:Is it obligatory on the eldest son of Marhum to offer his father's qadha namaz and rozay? If so, is it necessary for him to pay with his own money or can the father's savings be used?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Only qaza namaz if not left intentionally then it is wajib. Both can be paid from fathers money if not
mentioned seperately with the permission of all inheritors.
Question:How is it to marry a divorcee lady? If a male is bachelor and wants to marry her does Shariat allows us to? And what if the parents are not getting convinced due to the fear of what the society will say?

Answer: Need to get blessings of parents for barakat in life. Otherwise there might be a lot of sufferings. Otherwise marrying a widow is allowed and might be preferable in some situations
