Can we use leather products made in China, Portugal, Brazil etc. Can we give the probability of its being tahir or tazkia. I purchased those products made in Italy, China, India, Brazil, Portugal etc from UAE.
As per agha seestani we can consider the leather products from kafir countries as tahir, but i dont understand what is the criteria to give probability. Like in China and Brazil a lot of muslims are living so is it enough for us to give probability of tahir or there are other parameters for it. Please explain.
If you take those stuff from a Muslim or Muslim market then you dont have to investigate the origin of the product but if u come to know that a certain product of leather is being imported from non Muslim country then in this case you have to investigate and as u have mentioned you know the origin of those products which is non Muslim country.
I'm only afraid because its written the made in kafir countires on those products. So if I consider it tahir and don't pay attention for the origin and if it's najis. I'm worried about my aamaals.
Now the criteria is if there is substantial possibility of being zabeeha then you can use it
I understand the rule but I'm unaware of the parameters and criterias for giving probability. Like in China there are some muslims and in Brazil also there are Muslims. So is that a parameter to give the probability and how much percentage we have to be sure for giving probability?
Substantial means that the origin country /disembark country may produce halal leather and one cannot exempt the possibility of being paak leather. There are some places /counties you can not say that there is no chance of being halal like India. I mean if the leather has been imported from Kerlala, Tamil nado then there is probability of being halal but if it's from China then despite a percentage of Muslim population it's very hard to get satisfaction of being zabeehaa.
Can we give probability to Brazilian, Chinese, Portugal and italian products because here in Dubai lot of shoes slippers are of leather and those are made in above mentioned countries.
As wel I'm very afraid to use any indian products like biscuits, creams, juices and all made in india food item because it's mostly hindu country and its 99% possible that it's made by kafirs.
In my opinion we can't give probability of halal to Chinese, Italian, Portuguese leather. Buy Pakistani or Turkish or Iranian leather products or ask your Pakistani or anyone going to Iran to bring for you from there or from Saudi Arabia
