Ayatollah:N/A

Answer: No problem
Question:When someone is fasting their sunnat fasts, is it true when you make them open their fast (break their fast before maghrib), both you and them get sawaab of the fast?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: What has come in the books of fiqh in regards to giving another food to break their fast before maghrib is this that it is makrooh for a guest to fast without the permission of the host and if the host offers them food and they break the fast then the person would receive the reward. As for the host receiving the reward of fasting, I have not come across this.
Question:Is it wajib to perform ghusl if there is a white discharge due to sexual desire or watching a porn? Or can we just take a bath and perform the salah? I get a slight white discharge after i watch such things. Does this make the ghusl wajib on me? Please do help me with this situation

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: If you do not reach orgasm, then ghusl does not become wajib.
Question:I'm in my teens and get regular white and sometimes yellowish vaginal discharge whenever I'm not on my period. Is this discharge najis and does it break my wudhu? As i find myself several times throughout the day having to change my underwear being unsure of whether it is najis or not?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Discharge that is regularly seen in women in normal days is paak and it does not break your wudhu. Discharge that comes after haydh which is dark yellow or yellow with probability of having blood mixed in it, that would be considered as haydh.
Question:I feel afraid to pray tahajud as I am the only one who is awake and everyone is sleeping. I heard unmarried girls should not pray tahajud everyday as jin may fall for you and can cause problems with marriage.
Will 3 Surah qul 3 times each and ayat Al qursi 3 times be sufficient to be protected from anything

Ayatollah:N/A

Answer: The issue of jinns falling for a person who recites salatul layl and causing problems in marriage are all superstitions.

Tahajjud brings blessings. We have narrations that praying tahajjud brightens ones face and heart (nur).

These superstitions that people want to say, these words that they say are in reality shaytani. Give lanat on shaytan, stand up and pray tahajjud. Nothing will happen. Allah is the protector because you would be carrying out a mustahab act and troubles would be driven away from you. Insha'Allah you achieve success. If you're afraid to get up from your bed, keep some water next to you, do wudhu and pray your tahajjud while you are on your bed.
Question:My pregnancy in 2019 didn't allow me to keep the previous years fasts hence I paid the kafara back home. Now due to delivery I couldn't fast the whole of Ramadhan in 2019. How many fasts are liable for me this year before Ramadhan. Will it be only 30 fasts pertaining to 2019 Ramadhan or also the previous year ones too for which only the kafara has been paid and no qaza has been done? Also for the month of delivery besides keeping qaza is there any kafara too?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: For the last month of Ramadan, you will have to give fidya (kafffara) and fast however if you cannot keep all the fasts till the coming month of Ramadan, then you have to give two fidya (one for the missed fast and one for the missed qadha) as well as keep qadha fast whenever you can.
Question:I would like to know what is the latest time I can pray Maghrib and Isha without them being qadha

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Ruling 723:

For a person under normal circumstances, the time for the maghrib prayer is until midnight, but for a helpless person – who due to forgetfulness, oversleeping, menstruation (ḥayḍ), or suchlike did not perform prayers before midnight – the time for maghrib and ʿishāʾ prayers is extended until dawn. However, in both cases, the proper order between the two prayers must be observed, meaning that if the ʿishāʾ prayer is knowingly performed before the maghrib prayer, it is invalid unless the time remaining is sufficient only for performing the ʿishāʾ prayer, in which case it is necessary that one performs the ʿishāʾ prayer before the maghrib prayer.

'Midnight' in the above law is the legal midnight and not 12:00 which is calculate the total hours between sunset to sunrise of the next day and divide by 2
