Question:Women can pray loudly if no non mehram is present?

For example I prayed namaz magrib and isha , and some zikr I said loudly. Its still correct right?

Its just the sourat in namaz zohr that we cant recite loudly?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Namaz fajr, maghrib and Isha can be prayed loudly if no non mahram is present. If a non mahram is present, she should not recite it loudly. As for 3rd and 4tg rakaat, the tasbihat have to be recited slowly but the other recitations can be recited loudly. As for zuhr and asr, the surahs have to be recited in a whisper as well as the tasbihat in the 3rd and 4th rakaat but the rest can be recited loudly if no non mahram is present.
Question:At the end of my prayers, I realise that I did not pay attention if during my namaz my my chin was hidden or not.

My namaz still valid?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: As for covering of the chin as per Ayatullah Sistani, it is not a must to cover the chin during namaz
Question:When we do gusl, is it also obligatory to wash inside our private part?
Or its enough to just pass water above?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: During wudhu and ghusl, it is not a must to wash the interior of the body, just the exterior has to be washed. Hence, the exterior has to be made paak, then wudhu and ghusl can be done.
Question:1) Is it allowed for us to use temporary hair color, which is removed with water over time? Its not an obstacle for gusl?
2) If we have kajol in our lower lashes,  makes wazou batil? Is the lashes has to be obligatory wet ?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: 1) If the hair color has substance to it then it is a barrier for ghusl and wudhu if the hair color is on the scalp. This is because according to Ayatullah Sistani, it is not necessary to wash the hair during ghusl and it is sufficient for the water to reach the scalp. If the scalp only gets the hair color then it is no problem and is no barrier for wudhoo and ghusl. However if the colour substance sits on the scalp, then it would be a barrier for wudhoo and ghusl eg if the hair is dyed using the temporary spray colour then those sit on the scalp and have substance hence being a barrier.

2) If the Kajol sits on the lashes and has substance then yes it would be a barrier. If it's just color then it's not a barrier.

Question:I would like to ask regarding the Ruling Number 442 from book of laws of Ayatullah Sistani.

It states that, 'On the days that the bleeding stops, in between the days of hayd, the obligatory precaution is that, one must do the things that are obligatory for a non-haid, and refrain from that which is unlawful for a haid.'

If you could please clarify this statement. What is obligatory for a non-haid, includes daily wajib prayers. Hence, does she need to make qadhaa for the daily prayers during these days that fall in between the Hayd? However, it also mentions to refrain from what is unlawful for a Haid?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: In this particular ruling, since it is written obligatory precaution, it means there is permission to refer to another marja. If you refer to Ayatullah Wahid Khurasani or Ayatullah Khamenei, the days in between where bleeding stops is counted as part of Haydh. Hence there is no need to do qadha of Namaz. It is also not necessary to do ghusl and pray.

Currently i’m on my periods, do i wait to get Pak (pure) before writing it down or can I write it in the state of impurity?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: You can write ziyarat e Ashura in the state of Haydh. Where the name of Allah is, you just have to be careful not to touch it.
