Recently, I found an arabic anthology Poetry by Imam Ali ibn Abi Thalib (as) called Diwan Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) is it authentic according to shia?
It is similar to books of narrations. Some of it is but we cannot claim that all of it is.
وَلا تُجادِلوا أَهلَ الكِتابِ إِلّا بِالَّتي هِيَ أَحسَنُ إِلَّا الَّذينَ ظَلَموا مِنهُم ۖ وَقولوا آمَنّا بِالَّذي أُنزِلَ إِلَينا وَأُنزِلَ إِلَيكُم وَإِلٰهُنا وَإِلٰهُكُم واحِدٌ وَنَحنُ لَهُ مُسلِمونَ

Unfortunately they are very contradicting to the point that some suggest that he is unreliable and others on the other end of the spectrum suggest that he was a very special companion of the sixth Imam.

There is no mention of sciatic nerve and specific remedies for it in our Islamic literature. Nonetheless in general for back pain and other joint pains we have some suggestions.
